Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Data controller: Ufuk Coşgun (ufukcosgun.com, Istanbul, Türkiye). Within the scope of the UC Widgets service, the following data is processed in accordance with Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), for the purpose of providing the service and meeting legal obligations: your email address, name and an irreversible hash of your password when you create an account; your widget settings while you use the service; requests submitted through your site's contact/appointment/complaint forms (the requester's name, contact details, message and IP address); and your payment records (amount, date, reference — your card details never reach us).

Your data is never sold to third parties; it is shared only with the infrastructure providers the service requires (hosting, the payment institution PayTR, email delivery) and with authorized public authorities where legally required. You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (access, correction, deletion, objection) by writing to u.a.cosgun@gmail.com or by using the Account → Delete account feature in the panel; deleting your account permanently removes all of your data. Privacy Policy

Your widget's configuration file (information already visible on your site, such as your phone number, title and colors) is served publicly for the service to work; private fields such as your notification email address are never written to the public file. Statistics (views/clicks) are anonymous and aggregate; no visitor-level tracking, cookies or profiling are used. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; sessions are protected with secure cookies.

Terms of Use

UC Widgets is a service that lets you add contact widgets to your website. You are responsible for your account and for the content you publish through your widget; the service may not be used for unlawful, misleading purposes or in violation of third-party rights. The Free plan displays a "Powered by UC" link. We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it; accounts may be suspended in case of abuse. These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.

Distance Sales Agreement and Refund Terms

Seller: Ufuk Coşgun (ufukcosgun.com) · Service: UC Widgets Pro digital subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is collected by credit/debit card (secured by PayTR) or by bank transfer; the subscription starts once the payment is confirmed and does not renew automatically.

Withdrawal and refunds: The service is digital content performed immediately in an electronic environment. Within 14 days of purchase, provided the Pro features have not been used intensively beyond reasonable trial, you may request a refund by writing to u.a.cosgun@gmail.com; approved refunds are returned to your payment method within 14 business days. If the service is interrupted for more than 7 days due to causes attributable to us, a pro-rata refund is issued for the remaining period.
